I have been supporting Special Horses for many years. They assist equine rescue organizations that save and rehabilitate horses that have been abused, abandoned, and neglected. The equine rescue organizations are carefully screened and selected trustworthy 501c equine rescue organizations. I feel extra proud to support Special Horses knowing of all the horses that are helped.

Special Horses is a rare bird (pony). It doesn't try to 'ransom' animals at feedlots, nor has 'crisis mode' fundraisers. Instead, SH helps fund LEGITIMATE, established rescues with a proven track record with emergency assistance, education and ongoing needs all around the country. SH is and always has been TOTALLY transparent with funds and has a PLATINUM rating with Guidestar.

I have never gotten to personally meet these wonderful people and the wonderful Niles, but through social media and trusted friends, this is a wonderful and deserving organization that puts the needs and cares of their horses above all else. I look forward to the day I get to meet and love on Niles! Because of good friends, this is a nonprofit I would gladly give support to!
